A strong understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics, and buildability gained directly on-site. Ability to translate site knowledge into realistic, efficient and buildable construction programmes

This role is about shaping programmes based on how work is actually executed in the field, ensuring they are practical, achievable, and aligned with real site constraints.

The ideal candidate:

Has broad experience across civil engineering construction sites, with a clear track record of delivery responsibility

Holds a minimum of an HNC in Civil Engineering

Works confidently as part of a team in a fast-paced delivery environment
