📐 Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Package

The Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing residential developer delivering high-quality housing developments across the Midlands and South West.

This role offers the chance to take ownership of multiple projects from a commercial perspective, working closely with operational and technical teams to ensure schemes are delivered profitably and efficiently. You'll be joining a business with an excellent reputation, strong pipeline of work and genuine long-term progression opportunities.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for:

• Managing the commercial delivery of multiple residential developments.
• Producing CVRs, forecasts and monthly reporting.
• Procuring and managing subcontract packages.
• Managing valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Monitoring project costs and profitability.
• Supporting procurement strategy and supply chain relationships.
• Working closely with site, technical and operational teams.
• Identifying and managing commercial risk.
• Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and commercial targets.

About You

• Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor looking to step up.
• Residential developer or housebuilding experience preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge.
• Experience managing subcontract procurement and final accounts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
