Job Description:

A London based, Chartered Building Consultancy are looking to appoint a reliable MRICS Senior Quantity Surveyor, who is pushing towards becoming an Associate.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

Working alongside the QS Director, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will primarily be responsible for picking up projects and running with them, whilst having support from a close-knit QS team. Project sectors include Commercial, High-End Residential, and Hotels.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will also mentor and manage junior Quantity Surveyors, and support the Director with recruitment as the team continues to grow.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS
• Currently working as a Senior QS
• Experience within a PQS / Consultancy environment
• Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
• Comfortable delivering projects independently
• Client facing
• Wants to develop and grow a QS team
