Job Description:

Senior Site Manager - £2.5m Fast-Track School Refurbishment Project (Bedford)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager for a £2.5m fast-track school refurbishment project in Bedford, with a duration of 5 months.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Previous experience managing fast-track refurbishment projects, particularly within the education sector, is highly desirable.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager on refurbishment projects
• Experience delivering fast-track projects valued at £2.5m+
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
• The role will Enhanced DBS vetting due to the nature of the project
• Strong health & safety knowledge
• Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme targets
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
