Vehicle Technician 
Location: Ashford
Salary: £36,831 Basic + Bonus, OTE £40,000+
Working Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, No Weekends

We have an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Technician to join a busy dealership in Ashford. This role is perfect for a technician looking to work Monday to Friday while benefiting from ongoing manufacturer training, excellent career progression, and a modern workshop environment.

Vehicle Technician Role

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, warranty work and repairs to manufacturer standards
• Complete routine maintenance including oil services, cambelt replacements and general mechanical repairs
• Conduct electronic Vehicle Health Checks (eVHCs) and complete accurate digital job cards
• Work safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship
• Collaborate with the workshop team to maximise productivity and customer satisfaction

Vehicle Technician Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent)
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Service Technician
• Experience with servicing, diagnostics and repair work
• MOT Licence advantageous but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Full UK Driving Licence
