Job Description:

ServiceNow Telecom Order Management Roles (SOMT / OMT / OMP)

We are seeking experience ServiceNow /Architects / Testers/ Consultants/ Developers to support a major telecommunications transformation programme. This role will focus on the design and implementation of ServiceNow Sales & Order Management for Telecommunications (SOMT), including Order Management for Telecommunications (OMT) / Order Management Platform (OMP).

Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, you will play a key role in translating requirements into scalable telecom order management capabilities and guiding delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of ServiceNow SOMT/OMT/OMP solutions across the programme.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into effective solutions.
• Design, configure, develop or test ServiceNow telecommunications capabilities.
• Contribute to integrations between ServiceNow and telecom OSS/BSS platforms.
• Participate in workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Create and maintain functional, technical and testing documentation.
• Support deployment, testing and post-go-live activities.

Essential Experience

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SOMT, OMT or OMP solutions.
• Experience delivering projects within telecommunications or communications service provider environments.
• Understanding of telecom order management, fulfilment and service activation processes.
• Experience across one or more of architecture, development, testing or business analysis disciplines.
• Knowledge of telecom OSS/BSS ecosystems and TM Forum frameworks.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS or CTA would be advantageous.
