Job Description:

• Job Title: Freelance Site Manager
• Location: Cardiff
• Start Date: asap
• Rate: £280.00 - £320.00 per day (depending on experience)

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for high-profile development in central Cardiff. The project is currently transitioning from external envelope completion to major internal fit-out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily on-site operations for both internal trades and external facade works.
• Ensure all subcontractors adhere to the project programme and H&S standards.
• Conduct site inductions, tool-box talks, and manage daily site diaries.
• Monitor quality control for internal finishes and external structural integrity.

Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black/GoldCard, and First Aid at Work.
• Proven experience in mid-to-high rise residential or commercial developments.
• Strong background in managing both internal fit-out and external envelope packages.
• Must be available to start immediately.
