Job Opportunity: Site Manager (Number 1)

Location: Banbury

Duration: 4 weeks

Start: 8th June

Finish: 1st July

Rate: £270- £300 per day 

We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to provide cover on a busy Amazon Logistics site in Banbury. This is a short‑term assignment overseeing day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and smooth project delivery while the main Site Manager is away.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities and subcontractor coordination

   

• Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance

   

• Ensure works progress according to programme

   

• Liaise with project teams, stakeholders, and on‑site Amazon representatives

   

• Maintain site records, inductions, and reporting

   

Required Certifications

• SMSTS

   

• First Aid at Work

   

• CSCS Black/Gold Card

   

• Asbestos Awareness

   

Ideal Candidate Background

• Previous experience working on similar logistics/industrial projects

   

• Strong site management and communication skills

   

• Ability to step in and take full control of site operations with minimal handover
