Job Description:

Static Building services engineer
Building services engineer / HVAC technician required for 2 -3 month contract staring immediately in Nottingham.
Working at a large head office with distribution centre the Building services engineer / HVAC technician will be:

• PPM and Reactive works on AC plant, AHU and Fan coil units
• Front end on BMS systems,
• Hot water temperature checks
• Lighting and lamping checks and changes
• Write and reed risk assessments
• 07:30 am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday
• £21.64 PAYE rate (No CIS or Ltd / PCN)
• Holiday pay
• Pension contribution
• F-GAS required
