Are you an experienced Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Deputy Manager with a passion for fashion, lifestyle and delivering an exceptional customer experience?

We're recruiting for a Store Manager to lead a successful fashion and lifestyle retail store in Chiswick. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on retail manager who enjoys leading from the front, developing a team and driving strong commercial performance.

The Store Manager Role

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the store's commercial performance, team and day-to-day operation.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating and developing a team to deliver strong sales performance

• Driving sales, KPIs and commercial results

• Creating an engaging and memorable customer experience

• Leading the day-to-day operation of the fashion retail store

• Coaching and developing your team to reach their potential

• Recruiting, onboarding and training new team members

• Managing rotas, payroll, stock and store administration

• Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation

• Using commercial data and KPIs to identify opportunities and drive performance

• Building a positive, customer-focused store culture

• Ensuring company policies, procedures and operational standards are maintained

About You

We're looking for an experienced Store Manager or Retail Manager who understands what it takes to deliver a great customer experience while achieving strong commercial results.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Deputy Manager or Retail Manager

• Experience within fashion retail, lifestyle, clothing, apparel, footwear, accessories or premium retail

• A proven track record of delivering sales targets and KPIs

• Experience leading, coaching and developing a retail team

• Strong commercial awareness and a customer-focused approach

• A passion for fashion, lifestyle and retail

• Excellent communication and people skills

• A hands-on approach and the ability to lead by example

• Strong organisational and operational skills

• The confidence to take ownership and make decisions

We're also open to experienced Assistant Store Managers or Deputy Store Managers who are ready to take their next step into a Store Manager role.
