£40,000 - £60,000 + Car/Allowance, Pension

The Technical Sales Engineer will balance key account management with new business development. The successful candidate will manage existing client relationships while identifying and securing opportunities for growth. The role offers hybrid working and is open to home based arrangements, providing flexibility for the right candidate.

Technical Sales Engineer - The Role:

• Manage and develop relationships with key accounts
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Promote and sell control panels and related solutions across a range of sectors.
• Provide technical expertise to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Cost projects and prepare quotes / proposals.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate specifications and timely delivery.
• Attend client meetings, trade shows and site visits as required.

Technical Sales Engineer - The Person:

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Technical background, in electrical engineering.
• Experience with control panels or industrial electrical systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently.
• Ability to travel UK wide as needed with full UK driving licence.
