Temporary Customer Services Advisor | Wakefield + Hybrid

Salary: £24,500 per annum (pro rata)

The Role As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a professional and friendly service across a range of communication channels.
Key responsibilities include:

• Answering inbound customer calls.
• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat.
• Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally.
• Providing accurate information and updating customer records.
• Delivering an excellent customer experience with every interaction.

About You We're looking for someone who:

• Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Enjoys speaking with people and helping to resolve queries.
• Has a positive attitude and is eager to learn.
• Is confident using computer systems.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.

Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not essential. This role would suit someone looking to gain office-based experience or take their first step into a customer service career.
Working Hours You'll work four weekdays (Monday to Friday) plus either a Saturday or Sunday each week.

• Monday to Friday: Shifts between 8:00am and 7:00pm
• Saturday or Sunday: 9:00am – 5:00pm, working from home.
