💷 £40,000–£45,000 | Full-Time | Exciting Projects

Think you can uncover what's hidden beneath our feet?

We're looking for an experienced Utility Surveyor to join a growing team in Coventry, helping uncover the underground networks that keep our world moving.

From water pipes and electricity cables to gas mains and drainage systems, you'll play a key role in mapping the unseen infrastructure beneath our streets, buildings and development sites.

If you enjoy getting out on site, working with the latest survey technology and turning complex underground networks into accurate, detailed plans, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for!

🔎 What will you be getting stuck into?

• Carrying out PAS 128 utility surveys across a variety of sites.

• Using electromagnetic location equipment, GPR and other specialist surveying technology.

• Locating and mapping underground utilities, including water, gas, electric, telecoms and drainage.

• Undertaking desktop utility searches and reviewing existing service records.

• Producing accurate CAD drawings, utility plans and survey reports.

• Interpreting survey data and identifying potential clashes and underground hazards.

• Working closely with project managers, engineers and clients to deliver high-quality results.

• Ensuring all surveys are completed safely, accurately and in line with industry standards.

🧰 Your toolkit

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Previous experience working as a Utility Surveyor.

• Good knowledge of PAS 128 surveying standards.

• Practical experience using GPR and electromagnetic locating equipment.

• The ability to interpret utility records and underground service information.

• Experience producing CAD drawings and technical survey reports.

• A good understanding of health and safety procedures on site.

• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project locations.
