Job Title: Water Treatment / Pre-Commissioning Estimator

Location: Dartford, Kent

Salary/Benefits: £30k - £45k + Training & Benefits

Due to continued portfolio growth, our client is seeking and experienced Water Treatment / Pre-Commissioning Estimator. The ideal candidate will have robust technical knowledge and will have a proven track record of working to agreed deadlines. Our client is a prestigious and highly respected name within the industry, with a strong portfolio of commercial, infrastructure and blue chip clients. It is essential that candidates are competent in using IT software. Experience / Qualifications:

• Experience working as an Estimator within the Water Treatment / Pre-Commissioning industry
• Proven industry technical knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in using IT software
• Strong literacy and numeracy skill level
• Able to manage own workload

The Role:

• Preparing detailed, site specific cost estimates for a variety of Water Treatment and Pre-Commissioning services
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure project scopes are accurate
• Liaising with clients to discuss requirements and implement changes to quotations
• Reviewing technical documents prior to submission
• Coordinating subcontractors and third parties
• Implementing new processes in order to improve efficiency levels
• Adhering to strict deadlines
• Keeping members of Management updated with prospective projects
• Updating internal databases with project details
• Maintaining own technical knowledge
• Representing the company in a professional manner
