Associate/Partner Mechanical Engineer

Location: Winchester
Salary: £60k - £80k + Bonuses 
Hours: 08:30 am to 17:00 pm Mon – Fri (Core Hours)

Job Summary:

As well as assisting in overseeing the mechanical department, the role will also involve:

• mechanical design, condition surveys, feasibility studies, report writing
• checking designs and offering mentoring our younger engineers
• managing the departments projects, workload, and resourcing
• managing your own projects and client interaction
• providing project solutions and checking the quality of designs
• securing new work and assisting with fee proposals and framework bids
• networking and presentations

This position also offers the possibility of becoming a member of the partnership and helping the management team to develop the business.
