The Opportunity

This is far more than a traditional sales role.

You'll be responsible for identifying, developing and securing high-value business opportunities across rail operators, rolling stock manufacturers, maintainers and engineering contractors. Working closely with technical and operational teams, you'll engage customers early in the project lifecycle, helping shape commercially viable engineering solutions that deliver long-term value.

The successful candidate will focus on developing a pipeline of major projects, refurbishment programmes, framework agreements and strategic customer relationships, ultimately driving sustainable revenue growth.
