£40'000 - £45'000 OTE £60'000 - £65'000 + Bonus + Car + OEM Training + Excellent Company Benefits

Field Based (Commutable from: Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Stoke on Trent, Derby, Nottingham, Leicester)

Are you a driven Business Development Manager or Technical Sales professional with a proven track record of winning new business?

Are you looking to join a global OEM offering an excellent earning potential, specialist product training and long-term career progression prospects?

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to join a globally recognised manufacturer renowned for cutting-edge products and innovative technology.

You will take ownership of developing new business across your territory, identifying opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers throughout the manufacturing sector. You will be selling cutting-edge, high-value machine tools, supported by an established CRM containing over 5,000 contacts and an experienced technical support structure.

The company are looking for a genuine new-business hunter who is confident developing their own pipeline and closing high-value technical sales. Previous exposure to sheet metal, machine tools or associated markets would be advantageous, but candidates from broader technical sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

This role is ideal for a Business Development Manager, looking for OEM and product training, giving you the opportunity to become a technical specialist while developing a long-term career with a prestigious manufacturer.

The Role:

• Drive new business and develop sales pipeline
• Sell high-value, technically advanced machinery into manufacturing and industrial customers
• Identify, approach and develop relationships with key decision-makers
• Utilise an established CRM with over 5,000 existing contacts
• Full OEM and product training
• Field-based role

The Person:

• Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, or similar
• Candidates from sheet metal, machine tools, capital equipment, welding, fabrication, consumables or wider industrial sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply
• Proven new-business development / hunter sales background
• Experience selling technical products or solutions
• Wanting to become a subject matter expert
