Job Description:

Our client is a main contractor undertaking major new build residential, mixed-use and commercial schemes across the country.

The need now exists for a Project Director to oversee a £60m 500 bed hotel in North West London. 

The position will report into the Operations Director.

Our client is seeking applicants who have previous experience in managing large commercial schemes (hotels or office cut and carve / refurb) in London. They're also seeking applicants that have been involved in planning, design, pre-construction as well as delivery.

In return, our client is offering a basic salary between £130k - £150k + full package & bonus.
