£28,000 – £32,000 + Uncapped Commission + Incentives

You've got 1–2 years' recruitment experience, you've built a solid foundation and you're now looking for more responsibility, better earning potential and a clear route to progression.

Interaction Recruitment is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Liverpool team.

• £28,000 – £32,000 basic salary

We're looking for a recruiter who:

• Has around 1–2 years' recruitment experience

• Is commercially minded and motivated by results

• Wants greater ownership of their desk

• Enjoys winning business and building client relationships

• Is ambitious and wants to progress into a senior or management role

Experience within Industrial, Engineering, Commercial or Driving recruitment would be advantageous, but attitude and ambition are just as important.

You'll take ownership of your desk, developing clients, winning new business, sourcing candidates and making placements across your specialist market.

You'll also have the opportunity to develop your 360 recruitment and business-development skills with the support of an experienced team.
