About the Service
Longford Court in Neath, Wales, includes four residential homes, Ty Coed, Ty Mawr, Ty Myndd, and Ty Canol, and one bungalow, Ty Coed Bungalow.

About the Role
This role isn’t just about being accountable for the operational leadership. It’s to champion continuous improvement through reflective practice, innovation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll embed best practice and foster a culture of inclusion and wellbeing. As a Registered Manager, we want you to ensure the services meet the needs of autistic adults.
