Job Description:

Senior Business Analyst – Digital Delivery (Contract)Birmingham (Hybrid – mostly remote) | 3-month contract

We are hiring an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a high-impact digital transformation programme. You will play a key role in shaping platform enhancements that improve customer and operational digital services.
This is a hands-on role working across business and technical teams to define requirements, improve user journeys, and support delivery of new and enhanced platform capability.
Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and functional specifications
• Facilitate workshops to define and refine solution scope
• Map end-to-end user journeys and support UX improvements
• Analyse platform capability and identify enhancement opportunities
• Document processes, data flows, and system integrations
• Work closely with product, technical teams, and delivery squads
• Support backlog refinement and agile ceremonies

Key Skills & Experience

• Senior Business Analyst experience in digital transformation or delivery programmes
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Experience with APIs, data flows, and system integration
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working in agile environments
• Experience improving customer journeys or contact centre services
• Strong documentation skills including user stories and process mapping
