The Role

As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you'll:

• Manage a busy 360 recruitment desk
• Develop new business and identify opportunities to grow your desk
• Build on existing client relationships
• Recruit temporary and permanent staff
• Visit clients across the local area
• Source, interview and match candidates to live vacancies
• Manage the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
• Negotiate rates and offers
• Deliver the level of service that keeps clients coming back

About You
You'll be a strong fit for this Recruitment Consultant role if you:

• Have previous agency recruitment experience
• Ideally come from an Industrial or Logistics recruitment background
• Enjoy business development as well as account management
• Know how to build strong, long-term client relationships
• Are proactive and happy to take ownership of your desk
• Care about delivering a good service to clients and candidates
• Have a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
• This is a great move for an experienced recruiter who wants more than an empty desk and a phone.
