Permanent | Full Time

Monday to Friday (8:30am – 6:00pm) | Saturdays (8:30am – 5:00pm) | Alternate Sundays (11:00am – 4:00pm) | Day Off in the Week

Our client, a successful main dealership based in King's Lynn, is looking to recruit an experienced Used Car Sales Executive to join its expanding sales team.

Due to continued growth, this is an additional role within the business, offering an excellent opportunity to become part of a close-knit team of experienced sales professionals. If you have a proven track record in automotive sales and are looking for a dealership where your performance is rewarded, this could be the perfect next step.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Sell high-quality used vehicles while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Build strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Manage enquiries from multiple channels including telephone, online and showroom visits.
• Guide customers through the complete sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
• Promote finance, warranty and additional products to maximise profitability.
• Maintain accurate customer records using the dealership CRM system.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales and KPI targets.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay up to date with current market trends.
• Handle customer queries professionally, ensuring exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.

Your Background & Skills

• Ideally 2-3 years' experience as a Car Sales Executive within the motor trade.
• Proven ability to consistently achieve vehicle sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Highly motivated with a driven and professional approach.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience selling finance and value-added products is advantageous.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
