Sales Executive

Location: Haywards Heath, West Sussex
Salary: Competitive Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission
OTE: £40,000–£50,000+ Uncapped
Hours: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the dealership and deliver an exceptional buying experience.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable new and used vehicles.

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

• Build strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.

• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.

• Promote finance, insurance products, and additional vehicle accessories.

• Maintain accurate customer records using the dealership CRM system.

• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and dealership sales targets.

• Stay up to date with product knowledge, manufacturer campaigns, and market trends.

• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a target-driven sales environment is preferred.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• A proactive and results-driven approach.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Good IT and administrative skills.

• Full UK driving licence.
