Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join a busy customer service team based in Biggleswade. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing online operation within a well-established business.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide excellent support to customers by managing enquiries, processing online orders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across telephone, email, and online chat. This is a fully office-based role and is not hybrid.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and internal branches.
• Process customer orders placed through the company website.
• Process orders received from internal branches.
• Respond to customer enquiries via online chat and email.
• Track customer orders and liaise with courier networks regarding deliveries.
• Assist customers with website navigation and online ordering.
• Carry out general office administration and customer service duties.

• Previous experience in an office-based customer service role is essential.
• Experience handling customer enquiries over the telephone and via email is preferred.
• Confident using computers and learning new systems.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to use initiative.
• Positive, friendly, and professional approach to customer service.
