A specialise leader in their field, this business is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their Harrogate office.

Description

• First line of contact for new and existing customers.
• Logging faults relating to customers' services.
• Inputting and processing new customer orders and sales.
• General upkeep of the company CRM system (both client and customer information).
• Working with engineers to manage new installations and site visits.
• Gathering customer feedback to help improve our services.
• Reporting faults and service outages to management and the technical team.
• Carrying out basic system diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Responding to customer emails and online enquiries.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Previous customer service or call centre experience is desirable but not essential.
• Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and manage a varied workload.
• A positive and professional attitude.

Please note this role will be fully office based.

Working patterns will be: Monday to Friday (09:00am - 17:30pm)
