💷 Salary: £45,000 – £55,000
🕒 38 hours per week + flexi-time

Join a growing manufacturing business as a Planning Manager, leading the planning function and ensuring customer demand, production capacity, materials and inventory are aligned.

🔧 About the Role:

• Lead and develop the planning function
• Own production, demand and capacity planning
• Manage inventory and material availability
• Drive improvements in planning accuracy and On-Time Delivery
• Work closely with Operations, Procurement, Sales and Finance

🎯 What We're Looking For:

• Strong planning/production planning management experience
• Mechanical Engineering background
• Manufacturing experience
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
