Up to £50,000 DOE
Performance‑related bonus up to 20% of base salary
Car allowance (£6,000 per annum)

The Company
A premium food and beverage manufacturer with strong growth across digital and e commerce channels. The business is now ready to build its physical retail presence and develop a structured retail channel from an early stage. The environment is fast paced, collaborative and commercially focused.
The Role
You will be responsible for building and growing the physical retail channel. The role focuses on opening new retail customers, developing independent trade and shaping the retail model from the ground up. You will work closely with the commercial and e commerce teams to ensure full alignment with brand, pricing, digital activity and customer insight.
